All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed once a quote is accepted in writing or a deposit is paid.

A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the Quote and before manufacturing commences. The remaining balance is payable on installation, or on delivery if no installation is required, in accordance with your invoice.

Most products are made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once manufacturing has commenced.

Delivery and installation dates are estimates only. While reasonable care is taken, minor variations and installation impacts may occur due to site conditions or materials.

We service both residential and commercial customers. Consumers receive all protections available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Statutory consumer guarantees apply. For commercial customers, remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or re‑supply where permitted by law.

Risk passes on delivery. Ownership does not pass until payment is made in full.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
